Gehan Homes has arrived in the Alamo City!

Gehan Homes is proud to announce that we will have four new communities in the San Antonio area coming in Winter and Spring ‘08.  Gehan Homes has been building and selling new homes in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston and Austin, Texas for over 35 years.  We plan to continue the Gehan philosophy here in San Antonio to build affordable, quality homes for families.

The first of these four communities to open is Gordon’s Grove.  Gordon’s Grove is located just 6 minutes outside of Loop 1604 off of the newly extended Wiseman Road.  This tree studded community, will offer seven distinct floor plans from Gehan Homes Classic Series with square footage from 2170 sq ft to 3475 sq ft. The model in Gordon’s Grove is located at 903 Grove Bend and is scheduled to open late January 2008.

The remaining communities, The Boulder’s at Canyon Springs, The Ridge at Lookout Canyon and The Enclave at Westover Hills will be opening in late winter early spring.
