Builder Magazine released its 2021 Builder 100 List, which ranks the top 100 homebuilders in the U.S., based on home closings. Gehan Homes was named as the 25th largest homebuilder in the nation, improving its position from number 26 in 2020. Gehan Homes additionally ranked as the 9th largest privately-owned homebuilder in the US.
May 5, 2021 - Gehan Homes, the nation’s 25th largest homebuilder, announced today the acquisition of 61 acres in Broomfield, CO. The purchase is announced on the heels of Gehan Homes’ acquisition of Wonderland Homes in February. The transaction demonstrates the company’s commitment to aggressive expansion in the Colorado market. The parcel is located at the southeast corner of 144th (Dillon Road) and Aspen Street, in a prime location in the center of Broomfield.
