Mechanical Installation
Electrical wires and plumbing pipes are run through the interior walls, ceilings, and floors. Ductwork is installed for the heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) system

Pre-Sheetrock Meeting
You will meet your Construction Manager to go over all options in the home and answer any questions before sheetrock is installed

Insulation & Polyseal
Your home will be sealed and insulated, saving you money on your heating and air conditioning

Sheetrock & Finishes
The interior finished and paint colors you have selected will be applied

Tile & Countertops
Your personal choices in kitchen and bath tile and countertops will be installed

Brick, Stone & Stucco
The exterior of your home will be built and you will start to see your beautiful drive-up appeal

Complete Exterior & Landscape
The finishing touches are put on the exterior lot of your home

Plumbing & Electrical
Faucets, sinks, and lighting fixtures are installed

Flooring Installed
Your house will look like a home once the flooring is finished

Final Paint & Clean
Your home is prepared for final inspection

Final Inspections
Your Construction Manager will carefully go through your home and and the city will give their final inspection and approval
